When F5 just isn’t enough to refresh the page you are looking at, you can try a “hard refresh”.
While F5 reloads a page to refresh it (explained before in Refreshing the Page in a Browser), Ctrl-F5 goes one step further. It forces a refresh on the page to make sure you will be looking at the latest version of the site that is on the server.
There is a great site explaining all of this at www.refreshyourcache.com/en/cache/
The site also gives you the ability to practice the F5 and Ctrl-F5 keys on a test page, so you can see the difference.
Check it out!
